CLIENTS / Please Read:

Cancelations / Rescheduling

Please cancel / reschedule your appointment a minimum of 48 hours prior to your scheduled reservation to avoid being charged a fee.

Cancelation / Rescheduling Fees are as followed:

Within 48 Hrs = $50 Fee

Within 24 Hrs = 50% of Service Fee

Same Day = 50% of Service Fee

Our time is valued as is yours. Please understand that upon booking, we block off the allotted time of your appointment in our schedule. When you do not cancel within the requested time frame the spot can no longer be filled by another person.

Rescheduling

A rescheduled appointment more than 1 time will require a deposit going forward for all appointments.

No-Shows

Canceling your appointment without notice will result in being charged 100% of the service fee. If your card does not go through in our system we can no longer accept future appointments until the balance is paid + a non - refundable deposit of $50 for all future appointments. Please understand that if you no-show we can not fill this spot in our schedule. 

To Cancel/Reschedule:

Please go into your email where you were sent a booking confirmation and click the link at the bottom. The link will redirect you to change your appointment details. Please keep in mind our scheduling system will not let you make changes to your appointment within the 48 hour period.

By booking an appointment I am consenting to my card being charged and stored for an appointment deposit and for any no show / cancelation charges. By storing my card I understand that I DO NOT reserve the right to any charge backs made towards Glitz Beauty Bar. I further understand that all deposits are non-refundable or transferable to future services.

Refunds

Glitz Beauty Bar does not offer refunds because of time spent on the service and supplies used. However, we offer a 3 day grace period to come back in for a free touch up as needed. We cannot honor anything past 3 days without prior notice. 

Tardiness

Please be mindful that we do have other appointments scheduled around your reservation. We cannot delay other appointments to accommodate late arrivals. If you are running more than 20 minutes late we may ask you to reschedule. Exceptions may apply to late arrivals as we understand life can get in the way. Please notify us immediately if you are running late. Please note if you arrive late to an appointment you will still be responsible for the full price of your service.

New Client Lash Fills

If you are booking a new client fill please be mindful that we cannot always fill other artist work for liability and quality purposes. Please send a picture of your lashes prior to scheduling if you are unsure of proper booking. If we cannot perform a fill you will be asked to book a removal and new set. If you are scheduled for a new client fill and we are unable to do a full set same day you may be asked to reschedule to a later date.

Quality & Guarantee

We recommend following all pre & post - procedural advice given regarding your appointment to ensure the highest quality service. Glitz Beauty Bar cannot guarantee results of service given to those who choose not to follow the recommended care.

PMU Info:

Touch - Ups: Should be booked within 6-8 weeks from the time of your initial brow or lip set. Anything over this time period will be an additional fee.

Color Corrections: Your PMU must be faded by at least 50% to be able to perform a color correction. Anything more will recommended a removal session prior to receive maximum results.

Lip Neutralization: Neutralization sessions may be required for some prior to a lip blushing session. To find out if you need neutralization please schedule a consult.

Late Appointment Alterations:

Please note that the services you have scheduled is what you will be charged for on your appointment date. If you are scheduled for multiple services but chose to make alterations the day of your reservation you will still be charged due to time blocked off in your artists schedule. All alterations to booking must be made 48 hours or more prior to your appointment.

ACADEMY POLICIES 

STUDENTS / Please Read:

Deposits & Payments:

When you reserve a training course with Glitz Beauty Bar, a seat will be held for you in a specific class that is then unavailable to other interested students. In order to cover the cost of your kit and other arrangements, we require a non-refundable deposit for all courses. Deposit is due upon enrollment. Other wise you are not enrolled in a training. Final payment is due before or on the start date of your course. Cash is due as a final form of payment the day of your training course. Additional processing fees apply to credit card payments.

Rescheduling / Cancelations

Deposits may be transferable to a future class one time only, 3 weeks prior to the class start date. Rescheduling requests beyond this time will be asked to submit a new deposit to secure a new date. Cancellations made within 1 week of the course date will result in 100% fee of the reservation.

Late Arrivals:

Please be mindful that all courses run on a tightly timed schedule. When you arrive late we cannot delay class until your arrival. All missed time is your responsibility to make up.

Models:

I am acknowledging that if required for my class, bringing a model is my responsibility and if I do not have one for the date of my course I am not eligible to receive my certification and may incur additional fees to make up hours

Certificate:

You are responsible for retaining the material taught in order to obtain your certification. A model must be completed to demonstrate the skills taught in class, and a score of 80% or above is the required passing score on your final exam. If the prerequisites are not completed, a certification may not be awarded.
